Shipping
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy and Turkey from two warehouses, in Los Angeles and Hong Kong. Each product page shows which warehouse a piece ships from.
United States
- From Los Angeles, CA: prepared in 1–2 business days, sent by USPS Priority Mail or First Class, delivered in about 4–5 business days after shipment.
- From Hong Kong: prepared in 3–5 business days, sent by YunExpress to the United States and then USPS or UniUni for final delivery, about 7 business days in total including customs clearance.
- There are no additional customs or import fees on US orders.
International
We ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy and Turkey from both warehouses. Orders are prepared in 2–3 business days and generally delivered 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
Customs and taxes
- From Hong Kong to the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Italy: no additional shipping or tax charges at delivery.
- From Los Angeles, and all orders to Turkey: import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery times and tracking
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include preparation time. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships; tracking is available within 24 business hours of shipment.
Order changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been placed. If you have a question about your order, write to support@mufitex.com.
Lost packages
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace it if the pieces are still available. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of your order and shipping. We cannot refund an order the carrier confirms was delivered to the correct address.
